I was working out of state this weeks so workout and diet suffered a bit only got in 2 good workouts this week and managed to get a night of heavy drinking in . Stumbled upon a going away party for a nurse ... What are the odds.
Anyway this morning I did Fridays workout
Squats chinups bent over rows and flat bench
Ru - I'm good with the front squats it is def harder to cheat with them straight up quads hit
I haven't tried box squats and I'm not sure I totally get the point of them vs regular squats ?
