im still learning so much about nutrition, so as i pot what i eat, feel free to tell me what im doin wrong, and right. ill start from 4 days ago

9/7 - first day of recording what i eat, kind of sloppy and missed a meal

9 am

1c total cereal regular
1c total cereal protien
8 oz milk
8 oz OJ
1 apple

about 580 calories

work out 11 am

2 pm

shake - 240 cals

3 pm

8 oz chicken breast
1c rice
1c broc

410 calories

7 pm

10 skinless buffalo wings
2 oz cheese
2 tb npb

700 calories

10 pm

missed meal :(

total calories that day about 1900...

dont worry it gets better
 
9/8 - a lil better then the 7th, more cals

9 am

1c total cereal
2 slices of wheat bread
2tb jelly
8 oz OJ
2tb npb
8 ox milk

about 700 cals

12 30 pm - cheat meal at school :(

1/2 slice cheese pizza
small bag of doritos

i estimated about 400 cals, i could be totally wrong

3 pm

9' turkey sub

about 700 cals, again could be more

9 pm - which i should have ate at 7 pm

20 buffalo wings
1/2 sweet potato
peas

about 1100 calories

12 am

i wanted to eat but was too tired

total calories intake, about 3000 cals
 
9/9 - i thought this day was pretty good

11 am pre work out meal

1c cereal
8 oz milk
2 slices wheat toast
1 apple
2 tb jelly

about 550-600 calories

130 pm

shake - 260 calories

330 pm

8 oz chicken breast
1/2 pound sweet potato
2 oz cheese
2 tb npb

about 760 calroies

7 pm

9' sub, other half
2tb npb
1 serving chips

about 1000 calories

1 am - late night snack

home made burritto
2tb npb
2 oz cheese

about 650 calories

total calories about 3000


i know its not perfect, but its great compared to what i used to eat whcih was fast food 2-3x a day, all meals were processed. i dunno, i jsut feel better. eventually, ill be eating totally clean, as i learn more, and also what foods to eat with what. and of course i am trying to bulk, i really dont know if im eating enough, but i know im eating better. ill post wehat i eat today, tomaro. otherwise, tear this puppy up
 
I'm glad to hear you're changing your eating habits and aiming for a healthier lifestyle. You're doing great so far! You're definitely on the right track... the hardest part though is figuring out how your body responds... what you need to eat and how much to get the results you want.
I think you know what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong. Wrong = chips and unplanned cheats. Right = including healthier choices overall. Just keep at it and hopefully it will get easier.

I can't believe that you look as good as you do eating non-stop junkfood... you are very lucky! Your organs will love you for giving it up!

Hey bro - is that you in you avant. with incorporating 2 fast food meals a day? If so, props...most would be blimps....

of coruse thats me, i used to eat fast food at least once a day for like, 5 years.

keeping track of what i eat and when is the only way for me to be healthy, or else im like a bear, ill eat anything untill i pass out and sleep for 6 hrs...
