I first seen this in T-nation, but most of articles talk about this diet being so strict that it''ll make you lose 1% of body fat per week, also they advice people with 15% of body fat and up not to do it, why is that guys? will it cause any health issues if you try to do it been 17 % body fat like in my case?

The only reason T-nation said people over 15% should not do the diet is to try and make the diet sound really 'hardcore'. I like Tnation for the most part but all their articles really push their supplements hard. I haven't looked at the diet you mentioned but I bet there is at least 3-5 bio test supplements included in the diet plan.

The best diet plan to loose body fat while continuing to build muscle is carb cycling -> http://www.evolutionary.org/cycling-carbohydrates

In the above article I explain how to set up a carb cycling diet for fat loss with a full sample meal plan. No supplement plugs, no marketing, just an honest article.

It depends from person to person, what everyone can handle. Plus every individual loses weight differently, as one might need more carbs in the diet, the other more fats. One might be okay without cardio, whereas others might need to do hours of cardio.

Its all dependant and 'one fits all' diet will never work.

if you lost 1% per week of body fat and you started at 15% then after 4 months you would have 1% body fat left.

I love how people online come up with all kinds of ideas. I love the skinny donk who claims he put on 30 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks using deca and test. if this was true then after 10 cycles he would put on 300 pounds of pure muscle. makes perfect sense to me ;)

males under 25 tend to be the most gullible of all where they fall for this sort of thing.

Losing fat is a very simple concept if you can be mentally tough. All you need to do is eat at a 500 calorie deficit and exercise for an hour each day. Doing this you will lose 2lbs of fat per week easy. It is tough at the beginning with the diet but if you can stick to it you will get results. Consistency will always produce results.

While this diet might be indeed effective, I would not listen to all those marketing slogans like loosing 1% of BF per week. It would not take much time to get to 0% in such case lol.

Personally, I like the most the diet suggested by @muskate - carb cycling. It is not restrictive, so it is very healthy, since you keep getting all the nutrients that different foods can give you. Besides, it is very easy to follow, and it is quite flexible - so you can adapt it to your needs and possibilities.
