I'm probably going to start his program next week because I'm starting to slow down on my current one. Still, I have one huge question after taking the hour and a half to really read it over and fully comprehend it. Since I don't pump myself with all the shit thats listed in the article, can an average joe make good gains or is it really more geared towards roid users? thanks
 
Its geared towards any individual whether they are using or not. You need to a get handle on your ability to recover from the workout stimulus. The idea is to pack in as many productive training sessions without comprising your recovery ability.

Some people may be able to train and recover more times in a week than you. As long as you determine what is suitable for you and incorporate the very important dietary advice you should make gains
 
Its an amazing program... On 250-400mh test a week I put on more size in 8 weeks than I did on 10 weeks of 1000mg test stacked with many other things...

I know you asked about natural training but for me right now 250 is NOTHING and its gotten me bigger than ever before...

Im stalled now at 8 weeks in but it might be my fault... give it a shot for sure just make sure to eat like he says so you can grow
