Got few new pics to roxy today so they should be posted soon..feeling pretty good considering really just started dieting and dropping carbs..think I will tighten up pretty quick feel like I've already leaned up a good bit..hopefully wont go flat
yeah i was in the same boat as you bro.....I wasn't lean enough to bulk for 12 weeks or big enough to cut for 12 weeks, it's tough to do both in that amount of timeOk guys over weekend did cardio and abs have been keeping carbs low and with t-3, clen, frag, and taking proviron up to 75mg ed I'm def getting leaner but went to gym this morning to do back and just simply didn't have it in mer..feel mad tired and lathergic..think I might carb load today to see if that helps...hope it does cause I feel I'm on right track with leaning out considering I mainly bulked this contest due to poor starting shape...any how I will do some cardio today and some abs once I get some carbs in me hopefully that helps!

maybe lower the tren dose??Ok guys need some advice I'm taking frag hgh, t-3, and clen and I sweat all day can't sleep at night also taking tren 650 mg week..I'm so tired all the time and just lathergic bad...I couldn't even bring myself to walk on tread mill today just feel beat up..don't get much sleep due to excessive sweating its just crazy...I have ran tren numerous times but this is just out of control..any advice this is ruining my workouts even though I seem leaner daily

Yea trying few things...if just my sheets were soaked I'd be happy...I change my shirt every hour or two totally soaked that's during day...at night I start sleeping in reclining chair after two hours all my clothes soaked, any blankets soaked and chair seems like you dumped bucket water on it...then I move to couch for couple hours same results..then to bed soak all the pillows about every 30 min I flip over cause its soaked, then search pillows go through about 3 pillows a night I mean this is insane...when I'm sitting watching tv my head and hair totally soaked dripping off nose and chin shoulders arms chest have sweat just pouring down them like I just came out of sauna..its un describable honestly

dont feel bad i fucked up the whole deplete load process too lol.......i didn't even get the protocal till monday and iv'e never done anything like that before so it didn't work out to well for me.....i'm still happy with the way i look thoGot some final pics to roxy she will post for me I'm embarrassed to even turn them in...my load wasn't timed right..couldn't get a pump on top of that I reserved room at gym with mirrors and lights throught the two managers but when I get there today managers no were to be found and there 8 girls from age 6-10 in there doing hip hop dance so took pics in back room with poor lighting..to boot couldn't get a pump just felt flat so just took pics didn't even do any back or leg exercises cause I was so pissed about the whole situation so not happy with these pics at all I'll chalk this up as a lesson learned..these pics just do me no justice very disappointed after all this work
that's almost exactly what I did but I had some starburst before my snickers lolLower Sodom all that week and nothing to almost nothing is fine. Some roman needles a snickers or two and a good NO boosting product hour and a half pre pics. 45-30 mins out get your blood flowing with some working out, oil down and take pics.. Though the timeing can be different for some people. Oe good thing that every one got out of this is you all learned the basics.
