Got few new pics to roxy today so they should be posted soon..feeling pretty good considering really just started dieting and dropping carbs..think I will tighten up pretty quick feel like I've already leaned up a good bit..hopefully wont go flat

Yes starting to feel btr today couldn't eat yesterday which really sucked got some food in me today and did light cardio...didn't wanna push it to much still sore from monday..should be back at full strength tm so didn't effect me too bad..waiting for your critisism zed gotta go balls out at the finish here
 
Man this stomach thing was worse then I thought think I got some type of flu bug..haven't been able to eat much all week and have felt very weak..haven't got amy workouts in worth talking about and its a fight to eat anything and hold it down even soup...that's mainly wat I have eaten in last few days is soup seems like only thing that doesn't totally make me sick and not puke..I really hope this clears up by weekend this is really bad timing to get the flu...keep your fingers crossed for me I gotta make mad final push and feeling like this isn't gonna cut it..

And really sorry to hear that you are still sick man. Maybe try some yogurt for that stomach. It may get your flora and fauna back to normal.
Have you been to see a DR yet?
If not maybe you should man so you dont end up prolonging this thing...

Didn't see dr due to no insurance..feeling better finally today so I feel I lost a week last week so I'm gonna have to go balls out this last few weeks I'm ready though..feel like sickness cost me a some size so I'm gonna try and.just shred out to finish think I can still make this happen just upset cause I know I could have easily came in 6-8 lbs heavier..ooh well take wat life throws you and make best of it..gonna just get it done last few weeks think I can get as lean as I've ever been though so that will help...will post workout tm..thanks for all suport let me know zed what your thoughts are if you get a min so I can concentrate on that..
 
That true moya I know I'm lil dehydrated...guess that not a horrible thing considering I'm cutting hard now...sure some water weight will come back..weighed in today in down about 8lbs weighed 208lbs today was at 216-218lbs...feel lil flat too but think I'll be ok..thanks for thoughts though always appreciated
 
Hey bro, I think you will see that weight come back if you dont go nutz on diet. Keep your protien up at 2gms/lb of bod weight and lots of H2O!

Stopped there pump was insane prob best workout so far based on how I felt...
Dropped carbs back today but weighed 215 this morning so weight about back..felt so good and full today was great
 
Have really good soreness from yesterdays workout like I said felt like one of best workouts so far think this is partially due to having some good legit test running in me now...real ly makes me wonder were I would be right now if I had been running this test from gate...did cardio today and some abs rested other wise chest, bis and tris all sore will be back at it hard tm

Yea the first test wasnt fake but def way under dosed..just can't imagine were I would be if I would have ran good test whole time based on how good I've felt since the change

Felt really good again..messed up diet last night due to dinner invite we had to attend and they were serving LA pasta so took in bunch of carbs at like 8pm surprisingly I felt decent this morning didn't feel too bloated or look soft..just added adex yesterday so think that should help tighten me up a lil since I haven't used any ai except proviron and real small amounts of dostinex like .25 every 6-8 days..
 
Ok guys over weekend did cardio and abs have been keeping carbs low and with t-3, clen, frag, and taking proviron up to 75mg ed I'm def getting leaner but went to gym this morning to do back and just simply didn't have it in mer..feel mad tired and lathergic..think I might carb load today to see if that helps...hope it does cause I feel I'm on right track with leaning out considering I mainly bulked this contest due to poor starting shape...any how I will do some cardio today and some abs once I get some carbs in me hopefully that helps!

yeah i was in the same boat as you bro.....I wasn't lean enough to bulk for 12 weeks or big enough to cut for 12 weeks, it's tough to do both in that amount of time
 
Tell me about it...I came in such bad shape plus entered a week late so I only had about 3 weeks total to try and cut and that was cutting my bulk short..either way great jump for summer cycle so I can be yoked all sumner

lol.....damn you jumping right back on? I'm gonna run ipa,cjc-1295, and bridge after this and take a good 3+ months off....next cycle lookin like it's gonna be test e, deca, mast prop with d-bol or beast kickstart or I might run both d-bol first four weeks and beast last 4 weeks:p but i'm gonna make sure i'm under 8% when i start that one
 
Ok guys need some advice I'm taking frag hgh, t-3, and clen and I sweat all day can't sleep at night also taking tren 650 mg week..I'm so tired all the time and just lathergic bad...I couldn't even bring myself to walk on tread mill today just feel beat up..don't get much sleep due to excessive sweating its just crazy...I have ran tren numerous times but this is just out of control..any advice this is ruining my workouts even though I seem leaner daily

diet and training definately overweighs drugs and supps... i already dont like the fact that my cardio is down...

homes i know how you feel, when i get on and off the tren there are some nights where my sheets are totally soaked... at least in the middle of my cycle i dont get that... just when my horomones rise and fall...
 
Yeah bro its tuff when you get this far and then the drugs kinda mess with you. You are gonna have to figure out what to lower, prolly the Tren and then lower it or drop it completely.

Bro maybe you might consider dropping the Tren? Or at least cuttin your dose? You know that shit will play with your mind too after awhile,,,,Tren dreams, anxiety etc.....

Only got to gym 4 times this week just drained from cutting..
Didsingle muscle group each day and could only handle.6-10 sets max before I was completely broke..
First day did chest kept reps up
Incline chest press
180 4 sets of 12-15
Flatpress 4 sets 15/12 drop sets that was all I could handle will put other 3 days shortly
 
Did back next this wasnt too good
High pulls
5 sets at 230 15 reps each set
3 sets rows reps were 18/18/15/15
Totally spent again

Took day rest then did shoulders
Lat raise

150 x 15 3 sets that was it...

Thentoday did bis and tris all super sets

Did 5 sets of each
Thendid dbell curls with dips 18 reps each 4 sets each..this was my best workout had veins every where which was impressive cause I'm way depleted on carbs..pump wasn't great due to this but made me feel good about were I'm at gonna push hard last week final pics should be impressive next to first pics think ppl will say there no way which is wat I'm looking for

You got that right bro hard to even get some ass cause I'm constantly soaked...if I do get some then we really got a mess looks like someone hosed down the whole bed...felt good after workout yesterday finally added few carbs to diet last night and I shocked myself how I looked..best I ever have no doubt...think I'm right on pace to finish this baby up!! Think my final pics are gonna turn some heads maybe even drop a few jaws! Lol anyway I hope when they put pics up for plats to judge that are first pics are put right next to our final pics in each pose..this only seems like the way to do it this being a transformation contest...does anyone know if this is how it will happen and wat we are to hold in final pics sure we are holding something in last ones...also anyone know when we will get results for the comp as to how we placed?

Have dropped tren dose way down to about 400mg week so hope this helps but def feeling yoked about now I can tell you that.

Still up about 28lbs since the start I think I've dropped a good 8-10% bf too which means ive gained a load of muscle hopefully someone can help me verify this when final pics are in cause to me if those figures are right that mean I gain atleast 35-40lbs of muscle which seems unreal to me..hope someone can help me confirm about how much bf I dropped with final pics hard to caliper myself...

Not gonna go to crazy with workouts this week mainly cardio abs some light weights depending on how I feel gonna try and keep carbs way low until thurs and go from there..think these last pics gonna be impressive considering my first set of pics getting very excited
 
Ok boys been getting my tan on and really focusing on pre contest things this last week..hitting some light cardio and abs taking it fairly easy on workouts cause I'm so carb depleted..still have lots of veins even though I can tell I'm way flat from low glycogen so with proper loading and other techniques thanks to radar think I should be way vascular when it pic time just hope camera on phone good enough to see everything cause its my only option

Wasnt gonna load any carbs til tm but just felt so flat and lathergic today thought I might get few in today to start stimulating the metabolism and feel like stomach shrunk don't know I can get all food down next few days without being bloated and having mad indigestion...feel much better took about 200g carbs today and veins were starting to rear there head so good sign...got tan on color lookin good so fat
 
I hope by now you have dropped the clen & T 3 you don't need them at this point and they will hurt more than help.
 
Not sure what that means like pushing veins out? Is there any substitute I could use...hope this load and sodium thing works out feel like I am still holding too much water right now especially on lower abs like 2 that make 8 pack...gonna tan today which I leave pools of sweat in bed gonna also hit sauna..taking otc diuretic seems worthless

Loaded water at about 2 gallon a day maybe couple cups less..dropped sodium thursday so last day of high sodium was weds just feel like I should be drier and I'm so thirsty I wanna puke also have wixked heartburn today I can't get rid of what you think plj
 
i had big differences between when i peaked on the sodium depletion. To be honest i thought i was peaking last night so i took pics.... I was insanely thirsty too, i only had 8oz water yesterday and had that before 2... But than i looked even better today.

So, i think ignore the thirst. Take some pics... just in case. and take some more tomorrow, my timing woulda had me peaking sometime tonight if dropped sodium wed night.... so you'll probably be surprised when u wake up i think.... but its amazing how dumpy you can look with a ton o salt in your system...

Didn't get any help from needto which would have obviously helped and also didn't get to use GCA which I wish I could have cause as you know I've been questioning the strength of the gear I'm using the whole contest but fairly happy with were I got to in 12 weeks considering I was way out of shape ..p ics will be up this afternoon not to bad I don't think just makes me wonder what was possible with supplement help, dieting help, a training program, and some def reliable gear who will ever know!!
Feel lil tighter today but still feel I didn't time sodium well but a lesson learned
 
its all good bro... im pretty sure my conditioning was off for the final pics... even with good advice, everybody reacts different to peaking like this... this was a first for me as far as bodybuilding goes, i guess i didnt realise how hard it is to get the sodium water and carbs tuned in just right.... i probably ate 8000 yesterday and i swear this morning i looked a bit better...
 
Got some final pics to roxy she will post for me I'm embarrassed to even turn them in...my load wasn't timed right..couldn't get a pump on top of that I reserved room at gym with mirrors and lights throught the two managers but when I get there today managers no were to be found and there 8 girls from age 6-10 in there doing hip hop dance so took pics in back room with poor lighting..to boot couldn't get a pump just felt flat so just took pics didn't even do any back or leg exercises cause I was so pissed about the whole situation so not happy with these pics at all I'll chalk this up as a lesson learned..these pics just do me no justice very disappointed after all this work

dont feel bad i fucked up the whole deplete load process too lol.......i didn't even get the protocal till monday and iv'e never done anything like that before so it didn't work out to well for me.....i'm still happy with the way i look tho:D
 
The whole depletion-loading process is the toughest thing to time. everybody reacts a little differently to carbs and sodium. Its really something you only know how you will react till you do it. I didnt even mess with all that stuff, just tryed to come in as good as I could. I dried out the last week but didnt mess with sodium loading or depletion, just hit a bunch of simple carbs before the pump up. I was too scared to mess it up by trying to come in EVEN BETTER. Its all a learning process for all of us. Im sorry your peak didnt work out as planned man. I had horrible lighting as well. It makes a big difference for sure with the right lighting. I havent seen your pics yet gonna go check em out now man. good luck in this thing bro, try not to be so hard on yourself.
