Ive been stuck at the same weight since november thats it ,im tired of it startign tomrow here is my diet goal is 450 grams of protein , 4500 calories
breakfast : 5 eggs , 3 cups of milk , 5 peaces of toast
snack : 4 scoop protein shake 110 grams of protein ,3 teaspoons of olive oil
lunch 7 oz steak, pea soup , 1 slice bread
another meal : 1lb hamburger meat ,
post workout :110 gram protein shake ,1 teaspoon of olive oil
another meal : 4 servings of chicken nuggets
some of the stuff subject to change but the 4500,450 will remain
