Forma should be fine, although it wouldn't hurt to have some caber or prami on hand as much as I hate to say it. Caber gave me the worst sides ever although not common in everyone
exactly like gymjunkie said.. always have ancillaries on hand.
you can run bloods during cycle and see if your prolactin is under control and adjust as necessary. once you gain experience you will be able to answer this question yourself and know what works for you and what doesn't.
in GJ's case he ran caber and had bad sides so for him he should try other options.. in my case caber and forma together worked in perfect synergy and i had zero issues with prolactin, gyno, recovery issues, estrogen, etc.
I think replacing the deca with eq would be better personally I am not a fan of the deca tren cause emotion sides and cause prolactin sides which can make things confusing for you.
I did EQ. It was ok. The Test EQ cycle I said I did second, but that is for AAS. I ran prohormones for two years. I can tell the Deca is starting to kick in, for I believe my last nut was probably going to be my last until my forma comes in. I am getting Prami too. Not so happy thinking about the sides that comes with it though. I'm close to my third week and my strength is through the roof. I'm sore maybe an hour out the day, then I am ready to go again. I've still been taking one day off at the gym for rest though, even though my body feels like it can go all week. The veins I did have are larger, and smaller ones are now visible through my skin. I love it. I'm no longer bloated, I've been running my liquidex. No side effects just yet, except for I can feel my junk is starting to give up. My girl knows whats up, shes cool with it I guess?? Ahaha. I'm tempted to post my progress pics up, but I'll be patient and wait till my last dose of Dbol Thanks all
^^^ you've got good vascularity in the arms and back.. your chest does need work... i would set up a split and on your pushing days hit the bench press and incline/decline hard. i would also consider trying centuries which is 10X10 on the bench.. dedicate 50 minutes for that it isn't easy. it will work the crap out of your red muscle fibers.
don't expect to keep your vascularity after deca.. i would say a realitic goal for you after deca would be 5 6 175 and 12% bf.
