Take the water challenge!

Mommalu, that looks so yummy! I want some of that.

All I did was cut up zucchini, green peppers, red onion, red/yellow orange pepper & shrimp. Tossed with a bit of evoo & Lemon Pepper Sea salt. Let sit for a few hours.
Then grilled on my George Foreman. It was delicious!!:p

It's so much easier to drink the water when you're home(at least I think it is)
You can do it thandie!!

Hmm, I might try that!
I'm close to a gallon and is only 1:30pm, so I'm definitely make it.
Thanks, Mommalu!

Having trouble getting my water in. I've been in the car so much with kid stuff that I keep running out. I'm thinking about getting a water bottle usually I use the 16 or 20 oz bottles. What is the deal with plastic and what should I buy to lug my water around in. Can you buy a small water bottle with a filter? I am very particular about my water. I grew up in the country on good clean water and now live in the city and it is floridated and clorinated uggh. JCK

Any sporting goods store will carry the Nalgene bottles. Make sure that they are BPA free. I have several of the 32oz because my kids like to steel them.

Is plain water the only think that counts or can I count my Crystal Light? Or is it up to each individual?

Tea counts bc is just adding leafs. You can add natural fruit for taste. Not chrystal light. The reason is that you get the benefit of hydration and beautiful skin. With chrystal light you'll be adding LOTS of substitute sugar into your system. I did the chrystal light trick for two years because I couldn't get off of it, but it didn't feel good in y stomach, my skin didn't look so good and it was making it even more difficult to drink plain water.
Besides, I never felt hydrated.

+1

It is hard to come off that stuff. I'm still slowly coming off. I typically have one bottle (24oz) a day with a small pack in it. Today however I started out with the tea bag and I haven't missed the crystal light. It actually was starting to taste way too sweet.

Something else you can try - because sometimes tea can also leave you feeling dehydrated, particularly if caffeinated - stick a green tea bag in your water bottle and use it all day. SouthernLord gave me this tip and I love it. I use mango green tea or peach!

Still not at a gallon. I average 72 - 96 oz a day. I'm getting close. Today I should make it! I find it ridiculous that this is so hard. I used to throw a gallon back like it was nothing - before 12pm. LOL - of course I was in the tropics and dancing for hours everyday.

Amen!!
I was a heavy crystal light drinker 7 weeks ago. I quit cold turkey as well as coffee. And have not looked back(and I don't miss it) Now I'll but lemons & Limes and squeeze a piece into my water for flavor. I also like making green tea ahead of time and adding that to my water bottle.
My goal is to drink 64oz before 9am(this is when I leave for work) gave 1 bottle(32 oz) at work and then another when I get home for a total of 128 oz.
Today I had my 1 gallon.
It really is amazing how great your skin feels and how "tight" your body feels from all the water.
Keep up the great work ladies:heart:

I had a gallon yesterday, but I have been very inconsistent. I should know better then not being consistent. I want my smoooooth skin back. Now is sort of dry. I'm going to get my act together and have a gallon from now on. I'll add a pc of orange or lemon.

Tis the season...Holly cow~ super busy at work and didn't get but 96oz in.
I was on my feet running all day and couldn't get back to fill my jug.
I'm trying to drink 64oz before I even leave the house.
Tomorrow.....
