Hi all.

I need to know this asap, as I am leaving for vacation this Thursday.

I cannot bring my weights with me, nor is there any gyms near by that I can use.

Also, help me deal with the wonderful aroma of funnel cakes & greasy foods that I will plagued with on the boardwalk on a daily basis ? Is there anything I can eat without ruining my hard work. I can't imagine finding a can of tuna on a boardwalk. LOL !!! I will eating out almost every day.

I will however be bringing my protein powder & my shaker with me.

but, I can't imagine not weight training for 3 weeks. What can I do instead ?

Desperately seeking exercise alternatives & somewhat ok-for-me boardwalk food !!!

Buy one of those exercise resistent bands it will give you some type of weight resistent workout..

Sounds like you're going somewhere beachy? Running or even walking on the beach is awesome cardio and a great workout for your leg muscles. Swimming (or any form of activity in the water :)) is a great form of cardio that is also resistance-based, so you can actually maintain muscle that way. Push-ups, dips using a chair or counter...I've heard suggestions of doing arm exercises (curls, etc) with full water bottles, however, that's probably only really going to do it for someone who is just getting into it since a bottle of water weights what, a pound maybe?
