spring break

hey guys, im new to the boards and i am looking into getting into shape and getting not juss more cut but stronger before spring break so i can be in best shape. im not no heavy body builder or anything im juss an average person. i am looking for the best advice on supplements to take and a nightly workout, and maybe even a daily food diet to get on. i dont wanna juss get into this for spring break but i would like to get into going to the gym every day.

Sounds good. I am also just starting out. Going to be bulking trianding all that stuff. Search function is awesome, but took me couple days to realize it. There are many routines out there, diets programs that all these guys have provided. If you do not want to go with one of those, then combine/change them or completely make up one and post it. These guys on here will offer their advice and experiecnes so you can learn from them and grow. I posted up my routine and got some good feedback. They will also repond to any questions you have regarding specifics etc. Welcome to the boards.
