hey guys, im new to the boards and i am looking into getting into shape and getting not juss more cut but stronger before spring break so i can be in best shape. im not no heavy body builder or anything im juss an average person. i am looking for the best advice on supplements to take and a nightly workout, and maybe even a daily food diet to get on. i dont wanna juss get into this for spring break but i would like to get into going to the gym every day.
