Excluding my walking to & from the gym -- no I don't drive there....
Here's what I've done for cardio this week:
Sun: Run 1 mile on indoor track
Mon: Elliptical 20 min
Tues: Walk 1 hr 30 minutes
Wed: Run on indoor track 1 mile (9 laps, warmup walk 1 lap, cooldown walk 3 laps)
No more CV this week then??
