Speaking of cardio

Excluding my walking to & from the gym -- no I don't drive there....

Here's what I've done for cardio this week:
Sun: Run 1 mile on indoor track
Mon: Elliptical 20 min
Tues: Walk 1 hr 30 minutes
Wed: Run on indoor track 1 mile (9 laps, warmup walk 1 lap, cooldown walk 3 laps)

No more CV this week then??

Hmmmmmm, may blow off the gym tonite..... Got 1 more lifting day this week, which I can do tomorrow..... and I don't feel like walking to the gym in the rain....

decisions, decisions....

just watch the cals tonite and relax.....give the body time to resoup

Shadow: I'm at ~ 1224 so far today..... going to walk out & get take out.... Chinese/Thai type.... Will measure out 1 cup of rice....

But for Fri & Sat, should I do any CV??

honestly, on a effort:result basis...I like cardio 4 days per week.

Do you count walking at all?? Or purely, HIIT type?? I tend to mix low-impact type with HIIT type.....

anything oer 30 minutes in duration for low impact....ANY HIIT counts
 
anytime....



just remember that I have different, sometime very different views on fitness.........they are just opinions...
