Awhile back I started eating a lot in hopes of gaining some weight. Instead I got a nice gut. Well about a month or so ago I started doing some cardio. My abs are showing and there back I need to take some pics
Cardio sucks ass but does have it's place, I also try to superset between body parts for sets with fairly low rest, it's like doing cardio with heavy weights, hard as hell at first but the payoff is staying fairly lean, while growing and avoiding the cardio room at the end of your workout.
For myself, I am a cardio addict. I use the fact that I get to do cardio as an insentive to go the gym.
Actually, I am an aerobic instructor, an teach 2 classes every morning during the week, followed by 1 hour of choreography training. I also do weight training, 5 days a week. I love both parts of my workout, and they each have there own unique benefits. You are not able to achieve the benefits of cardio through weight training, and vice versa.
