Hi, I started this diet at 242 lbs not working out high bf (fat piece of shit) This was about 8 weeks ago. I have shred quite a bit of bf and gotten considerably stronger. I do one bodypart a day except bis and tris on the same day. about 4 exercise a bodypart. I also do cardio about 3x a week(running). I am now around 220 and the fat loss is slowing somewhat(thanksgiving did not help this cause). Here is a typical day in my diet. There is really almost no variation. I am a poor college kid. Here goes:

Meal 1: cup of lowfat yogurt (i have trouble eating in the morning this goes down rather well for me)

Meal 2: Turkey or ham sandwich on whole wheat or a banana.

Meal 3: Turkey or ham sandwich on whole wheat w/ side salad lf dressing.

Meal 4: boneless skinless chicken breast with either brown rice or whole wheat pasta (1 serving)

Meal 5: Same as above

Before bed : Cup of skim milk and 2 tbsp of ANPB

I dont have a lot to work with monetarily but i would appreciate comments that i will try my very best to fix. thank you so much it is greatly appreciated.

i also take a cheat day on saturdays but i dont find myself pigging out or even wanting to cheat that much. i do drink on that day and once in a while a few on a friday night.

thanks again

instead of yogurt for breakfast I think you should have some egg whites and flax oil. Then instead of a sandwhich just take the meat by itself and try that with some almonds (notice all the healthy fats I'm throwing in).

Meal 4 isn't that bad for having after your post workout shake. Brown rice is good. But you need to have some vegetables in there, green beans, broccolli, etc...

maybe cut the salad dressing and have something healthier like balsamic vinegar or similar.

Anyone else feel free to chime in.

Good luck

oatmeal is very cheap and very beneficial .. try it with your breakfast with egg whites
