Oils and pep’s are above and beyond. I feel great i literally swung a axe at stumps of 1 and half over the weekend, prior to peds I wouldn’t have been fucked for the week with my back. I sat down had a protein water and could of went another hour but didn’t need to thankfully lol

Mondays work
All arms lol
Warm up till I get to working weight
Hammer curls 12 x3 12kg
concentrated dumbbell curls 10x3 12kg
Wide grip easy Bar curls 10x3 15kg
Close grip easy Bar girls 8x3 12kg
Overhead dumbbell extensions 8x3 10kg
At this point I was hurting
Went for a 1k walk

Side note just cracked into my 6th HGH at 2iu a day 5 on 2 off purely for cost efficiency lol now considering upping to 3iu if the boss lets me spend the money 😅
I do the same thing stretch it out with that method lol

Late update due to kids health. Sons had kidney issues from birth and just when you think your having a good run upper cut lol he’s a tough lol 3 year old that’s made me stress more about him then anything in my life.

So update
Added half a tab a day of @Sydney City supplements Proviron and 100mg of his smooth as EQ because I like how vascular it makes me 😅 side note have even dropped down to a quarter of SCS cock boom every now and then, between that and his Tren missus just has to look at me and I’m ready to go 🤣

Have not noticed anything with my supplement NVM I bought from a supplier in QLD. Not that I was expecting to notice it massively or at all still will finish the bottle tho.

For those who followed my log over on EVO would remember I mentioned a close mate having really bad cancer in his liver lungs and stomach now having a stoma which is now herniated the poor bugger, has stopped the chemo and other hospital shit they were pumping in with and continuing to trial alternative approaches. Seeing him and his family go through it really makes me appreciate the people around me and the ones I can do anything to help even if it’s just something little. The support from these forums and helpful quality vendors help people more then we realise sometimes 💪

Camp oven while away didn’t go to plan with fire,wind other distractions. Pic of the sun with all the fires around. Had a good 2k walk each day to the dam, got 6 blue claw that could have been a lunch but thought they could grow abit more till next trip.

@Titties kettlebells are the best kept secret in any gym. You can do a lot of cool stuff with them. And the best part of all as you can do it from home.

Update - digging the kettle bell workout. Have dedicated Monday’s to just arms. Curls (dumbbells and ezybar) also tri extensions and overhead extensions dumbbells.

After some advice on getting good endurance. I do sometimes feel I need way more air after abit lol I haven’t tried with any sort of pre workout or supplement if there is one let me know.

Will be jumping on the scales tomorrow morning so will update on my weight.

Been slack as fuck on getting meal pics mainly due to getting home around 10 every night after work, my phone is the last thing I wanna see after those days. I will pick up my act tho.

Keep the kettlebell work in for conditioning and mix in 10–15 min intervals of swings or carries twice a week to boost endurance bro

For breathing and stamina, try 200 mg caffeine with 2–3 g beta-alanine pre workout that works
