OK...maybe I'm the only one here but I can't perform the self help stuff without something mechanical...not to complete relief anyway. It's beyond frustrating. And since I'm travelling/sleeping with my daughter, I am empty handed this trip. Arghhhhhhhhh! I'm half tempted to ask my friend if she's got something I can borrow when I take my shower. LOL
So...I hit the gym last night, massage at 1 this afternoon, and will hit the gym again tonight. It's certainly not the same, but at least I can sleep at night. LOL
