I recently went to a orthopedic surgeon and was diagnosed with a arthritic shoulder. My bench had gone from 300 for 1 to 275 for 1 in one week and I went from seated hammers with 60 lb for 8 to not moving a 35lb db with my left arm. I am like most who hates setbacks and am too stubborn to let it rest , however I am planning on changing from a 4 day a week workout to a 3 day a week. I have become interested in powerlifting programs espescially the west side barbell programs. Being a police officer I want maximal strength yet I want to mantain a formidable physical appearance to break that cop eating donuts stereotype.I am 5'10 205lbs, 44 in chest(needs improvement) ,17 in arms(16 1/2 right arm), 33 1/2 inch waist.My goal is to recover and push my bench max up to around 350 and still be able to run 2 miles.Anyone with some routines to offer please feel free.
