I'm currently doing a 30/30/40 F/P/C split but I'm finding that its doing absolutely nothing for me.
In fact, if anything I've put on a couple pounds. I don't know if its just a lack of being able pick the right sources of carbs (fats are coming from chicken, etc) or what, but I almost feel naked on this thing.
Should I revert back to more of a 50/30/20 F/P/C? I mean hell, it took me from 300lbs to 195 (I'm now back to 225
) and I was pretty healthy although I couldn't put on muscle to save my life (but I didn't put much effort into it).
