Hello Everyone,
I am on week 4 of my Sus 250 cycle, and I have only gained 5 pounds. I am underweight and desperately need to find ways to eat more, and to eat more things that have tons of calories. I have read about essential fatty oils or EFA being packeD with calories. Can someone tell me more about this?

These are foods that I know of that will help gain weight:

cheese, avocado, cream cheese, butter, whip cream, peanut butter, bananas, pies, cakes, doughnuts, wheat bread, steak.....

CAN ANYONE GIVE ME AND EVERYONE ELSE SOME ADVICE ON WHAT ELSE TO EAT THAT WILL PACK ON THE POUNDS?

Grab a mass protein shake one around 600 cals..that will slap on some quality mass!!!! RADAR

hey man it should be no problem getting cals in! Go buy Hlarge2 it has 830 cals with milk and 68 grams of protein per serving. Have 2 of those one in the beg. of the day one towards night time. Get some flax seed oil that will add about 400 cals to ur diet. Eat alot of red meat. Any for breakfeast feat have 5 eggs with toast and milk...101 cals in a egg 7 grams of protein. Get pro 42 bars 410 cals and 42 grams of protein in each bar. Eating peanut bar with up ur cals but also is very fattning! Good luck!
 
I just had mouth surgery a while back, and to get most of my calories a day, I drink 6, EAS Mass shakes, throw protein powder in, and always mix them with 1% milk.. That jumps it up over 600 cal's a shake.. I am still managing to gain nice size.. Sure do wish I could go back to the "real" food though..

Seriously, just try to eat more frequently; about every 2 1/2 hours. It will take time to up your calories so do it gradually and keep a record of how much you eat each day in your training diary.
 
i take weight gainer 2200 and if you read the label and do it like it says i can gain 3 to 5 lbs a week easily i drink it with water i am going post on making shakes i have a good system
 
McD's can help u. Good high calorie burgers there. Go for the quarter pounders without cheese. Less fat than protein which is rare for burgers :p
 
I hate getting most of my protein & cals from shakes. I eat lot's of rice, beans, pasta, bread, potatoes, fish, chicken, red meat, duck, and basically anything else I can get my hands on...I drink 1-2 shakes per day before and then after workouts.

yeah, well, some people have problems with money. also dont have so much time on their hands, take me for example: i work alot and have no time to eat. i sure cant bring 100lbs of red meat to work everyday with 100lbs of rice and 100lbs of pasta. it isnt going to happen. but what i can do, bring a few shakes to take care of the "PROBLEM"
but if you have the time, more power to ya:D
 
You have to eat a minimum of 1.5g./pounds of protein every day. I eat a lot of fish, chicken breast, beef,eggs, rice, pasta, potato, brocoli and other vegetables and a lot of milk, cheese and yogurt . I drink also three shake of protein between meals. Remember to eat every 2 or 3 hours during the day!
 
This has some calories: Get the "All WHites" Pasteurized egg whites. Throw 3 in the blender along with a cup of oatmeal, cup of applejuice, and a banana. It fills the whole blender along with your stomach and has plenty of protein and calories and not that bad on fat. You can use raw eggs too but they tend to make you a little gassy.

Also a pound of ground turkey, brown it in a pan, throw in some Taco Bell Taco Seasoning from the store(comes in packets), 3/4 cup of water and let it simmer. Once all water is gone throw that in with some rice and you got yourself a good meal although your house will stink like a Taco Bell but who cares, unless you live at home and your parents will bitch, tell them to open a window.

1. .5lb chicken
Cup brown Rice
2 Oranges

2. can of tuna
mixed with 2 instant creamed wheat packets
tbsp peanut butter

3. .5 lb of lean meat
big salad with 2 tblsp olive oil & lotsa balsamic vinegar
Cup of rice or pasta

4. same as 1 plus a banana

WORKOUT




5. same as 3 (no salad)

6. can of tuna and salad

this will be hard to do with school from 9-330 and work from 5-8 thena workout right after work since im already at the gym,but ill do my best cuz i have alot of coin in this cycle
 
N-Large II works wonders. Like 800cals and 70gms protein. Burger King dbl cheeseburgers. I don't know what the cals are but they have like 50gms of protein. Just be creative!

my favorite:

1 chocolate myoplex mass packet: 500 cals--33prot

2 3 cups chocolate milk reduced fat 270 cals-28 prot

3 1 tbpsn flax oil 120 cals

4 2 oreo cookies 120 cals

5 1/4 packet jello pudding 150 cals

totals: 1160 cals---61g prot

or:
nytro pro strawberry mrp packet--250 cals--40p
2 packs oatmeal--300 cals
1 cup milk 120 cals--10 p

totall 670 cals, 50 prot
 
Also if you arent worried about getting fat, the following items are snacks you can have throughout the day to boost your cals:

ice cream
dounts
cookies
pop tarts
cakes
packages pies
big muffins
corn dogs

get a bucket and eat ur heart out that shit will put on more calories then anything i know! and full of protien!
 
Look for powders with these ingredients: (Whey Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Egg White Albumen, Potassium Caseinate, and Whey Protein Isolate). I think that The Canadian Oak had the most "clean" foods. KFC will kill you! Try and eat clean and you will for sure grow!!
