Answer this - if your IDEAL is a 33/33/34 - EXPLAIN how that differe from my 40/30/30 that you feel is less than adequately benficial??

Works for me.....I'll put of all my project gals against the ASU plan any day of the week
 
The difference is ALL the meals are balanced with protein, fats, and carbs
even the last meal it will still have fibrious carbs, protein and fats

exception for the post workout meal (which is additional)

I say prove you know what you're talking about with some results to go with it...

ShadOw will have many different types of women to base his project after, with excellent results, as we have already seen

No need to continuing arguing people... there is obviously a difference of opinion
