so Shadow, what do I do tonight?
oh ya, after weights (to night) if I want can I do more cardio after, or is that not good / too much? I hardly did any last week?

you weigh 129ish...so 1.25 pounds is about 1%.


take your weight, divide by 100 and then multiply by 2.........this is a good traget for fat loss imo.

2.5-3 pounds plus the water drop

CLOSE grip pulldowns
Pullovers
Hypers


3 sets on everything



do the HIIT cardio plan on the first part of the thread - no more
 
Sorry, I'm chiming in kind of late on this...

First of all, I find it interesting that you put her on creatine...
Second of all, that she's not bloated and killing you for it...
and third of all that she's actually shrinking...

I am baffled... would you mind going into some more detail on all of this for me? I'm intrigued...

SHadow, I'm not taking creatine. SHould I. I'm scared. Literally :worried:
