Serious mass and serious fat

Reminds me of the Weider mass gainer 3000000 ;)
 
If you eat so much more than your BMR you'll get fat and "make" new adipocytes. ...

Even though you may lose the extra fat later on, you'll keep the extra adipocytes. ... :worried:

Actually I was explaining here that I had a low calorie diet

After re-evaluating it , it was more like 1700 calories but still probably 1/2 bmr.
But I'm going to make some changes

1. 7.25oz can of sunflower kernels (dry roasted)
1330 cal
119g fat (14 saturated , 77 polyunsaturated , 21 monounsaturated) Most of the fats are good fats
49g protein
1470 mg potassium
2300g sodium
42g carbs (good that it's low)
21 dietary fiber
7g sugar
2. grapes or other fruit item
3. some all natural peanut butter. I will not base a whole diet on any one item, especially something that can cause you to have a fatal asthma attack!!
4. 1 good meal at work. They have a cafeteria where I work. Some good things about the midwest.
5. 300g of protein (replace soy with milk protein isolate) (replace all other whey with ISO-AGB)

Should put me about 5500 - 6000 Will try this for a while.

What about rela food for protein ?
Meat ? tuna ? eggs ?

I do eat tuna from time to time
Here's my Cajun Style tuna salad recipe
1. (2) 6oz cans of tune or (1) 12oz can of tuna drained of course. I like Starkist
2. 3 jumbo eggs hard boiled
3. pickle relish 1/3 to 1/2 cup
4. REX creole mustard (Luzianna is good also) I'd say 1/4 cup (REX was the first Mardi Gras "krewe" in New Orleans)
5. blackened redfish seasoning to taste
6. pepper to taste

Kicks ass every time. This ain't for health food nuts. This for people who want good tastin' food.

I forgot about the habanero sauce :-)
