Im a newbie on the site so bare with me.
this is going to be my second cycle the first was small 6 wks of winny eod 25mg injected in the thigh
Im 5'11" 24yrs old
205lbs
11-13%bf
work out 5 days a week I cycle bodyparts twice a week
m-chest, tri
tue-back, biceps
wed-legs
thu-shoulders
fri-chest, tris
sat-off
sun-off
m-back, biceps
tue-legs
wed-shoulders
thu-chest, tri
fri-back, biceps.....
I usually workout 3-4 sets 8-10 reps warmup 10-15 except for legs 5 sets of ext. before squats(always a little on the lite side to get a pump) cardio three days a wk 4 30 min.
Ive been working out for a liitle over three years with a partner
I just came off a ketodiet and lost 32lbs. and want to add a little more mass for next year. I was thinking about starting in dec.
weeks 1-3 sust250 eod
weeks 4-8 winny-v 25mg eod (inj)
weeks 1-8 proviron @ 50 mgs a day
weeks 9 hcg 7500iu-10,000iu
week 10 5000iu-7500iu
week 11 5000iu
week 12 2500iu
anything else you guys can tell me plus the advise would be greatly appreciated
