***Need to have my butt in bed but figured I'd post up food for the day before I forget to do this entry :lmao: ***

m1: Pumpkin Pancake again :p :chomp: (Got full though and couldn't finish it all...)
m2: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop NO2

GYM!!! Chest and arms... new PR's so I'd say it was a pretty good workout :D Then used the sponge rollers to work on quads a little bit too!

m3: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop Powerade
m4: 5 oz broiled salmon, romaine, mushroom, onion, almonds
m5: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB :cold:
m6: 1 cup egg whites, 1 scoop protein
 
Foam rollers RAWK!!! I need to go buy some to take home for fun lol :nerd: :wavey: Congrats on the PR's.. some day soon I'd sure like to see your progress instead of trying to imagine it :evil:

Heck ya those rollers rock... made my legs feel little like jelly and in a bit of pain while doin them but sure is worth it :) Thanks for the congrats hun! And pics will be posted in due time with a comparison from each month, not much to look at right now though :rolleyes:

I am not talking about your pics duck, I am talking about the weights. No big deal though, you're doing your own thing. It's all good. :)

m1: 5 oz chicken, 1 1/2 cups shredded wheat
m2: 1 oz almonds, 1 small apple
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup mashed pumpkin
m4: 1 oz walnuts
m5: 1 scoop protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop NO2

GYM!!! Hams, glutes, and abs... ended up the strength cycle with a great workout, and surpassed all my weeks previous lifts and PR's :D
Trainer guy at the gym is a DICK though!!! :finger: :smash: :fistfullo :kapow: :chesty: :chainsaw: :destroy: :strider36 :theranger :doublefi:
Comes up and asks to see our training logs then goes on to BLAB for bout a good ten minutes that we are not making the most of our training and the icing on the cake at the end was him saying "train smarter not harder!" I think we both could have beat his @$$!!
