I usually keep my mouth shut especially when someone may say something I didn't know, or enlighten me on a new way of thinking... Lamentably this guys' approach lacked class and uttered nothing but arrogance. I was waiting for the person to arrive who carried his head through the door for him, but I left before they came I suppose. I refuse to lend an ear to someone who is closed minded.

Plus not to mention that he did basically put down body buildin too... unless of course your liftin like an "athlete" which I could careless bout how many million dollar athletes he supposedly trained too... grrr

Ouch - I just went through this with a trainer who would NOT back off - Always had 'a suggestion'. I came to the conclusion that he either wante to hit on me, or he wanted me to lift like an "athlete" or even better yet... "a girl". If he does try it again - Smack him a little for me, too! :evil:

Ya know I bet that could be it too! Plus the dumb a$$ commented on our use of machines which we counted later and saw that out of 6 days of workouts only consisted of 4 machines total... I told T we need to get some CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER shirts to wear to gym as well :D

m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin
m4: 1 oz walnuts, 2 scoops protein

Cardio... fun fun 40 min (incline 5.0/speed 4.0)

m5: 5 oz chicken, lettuce, mushroom, tomato, onion
m6: 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
m7: 2 tbl ANPB, 1 scoop protein

Total: 1646
Fat: 64 577 35%
Sat: 10 87 5%
Poly: 22 194 12%
Mono: 19 172 10%
Carbs: 83 238 15%
Fiber: 24 0 0%
Protein: 206 824 50%

Hi, what are you doing with that pumpkin? I bought some, but haven't done anything but added it to a shake...
