Worked my way up to 65 lb db's for 4th set of 6 reps with T spottin me :) thanks for the props girl, and yup droppin BF is nice with eatin more but also hungry all the time last few days :rolleyes:

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine

GYM!!! Late night Hams, glutes and abs... but still had a good workout ;)

m7: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m8: 4 egg whites, 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB

Thanks for all the props hun!!!! And yup I love that muscles are saying "feed me" I suppose that means they are growing huh :D
