But how do you eat it? I could see w/some pumpkin pie spice & sweetner, but by itself?? Seems kinda weird. Maybe if I mixed some chopped walnuts or something in I could almost imagine it was pie w/o the crust.
Gotta think about this more ... Let me know!!
