***WOW!!! Am I glad for the extra hour of sleep that we get for falling back an hour, also took body fat today, its gone down a little and thats with increasing my food so I am happy about that as well

(1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 scoop protein)
m2: 1 oz almonds
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 1/2 cups green beans, 3/4 cup mashed pumpkin with pumpkin pie spice
m4: 1 oz walnuts
m5: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1/2 scoop NO2
GYM time!!! Chest and arms... wasn't really feeling it on the way to the gym, kinda felt tired and sleepy and just blah, but somehow pushed that ALL aside and knocked out 3 new PR's
m6: 6 oz chicken, lettuce, mushroom, onion
m7: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB
