You crack me up :lmao: But since you answered your own question LOL I guess I don't gotta answer it for ya, but of course you can use them in soup or I have in the past anyways ;) Hope you are having a good weekend girlie!!!

***WOW!!! Am I glad for the extra hour of sleep that we get for falling back an hour, also took body fat today, its gone down a little and thats with increasing my food so I am happy about that as well :D ***

m1: Pumpkin pancake :chomp: (1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup pumpkin, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 scoop protein)
m2: 1 oz almonds
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 1/2 cups green beans, 3/4 cup mashed pumpkin with pumpkin pie spice
m4: 1 oz walnuts
m5: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1/2 scoop NO2

GYM time!!! Chest and arms... wasn't really feeling it on the way to the gym, kinda felt tired and sleepy and just blah, but somehow pushed that ALL aside and knocked out 3 new PR's :elephant:

m6: 6 oz chicken, lettuce, mushroom, onion
m7: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB :cold:

Total: 1806
Fat: 63 570 33%
Sat: 8 71 4%
Poly: 22 194 11%
Mono: 19 174 10%
Carbs: 114 318 18%
Fiber: 34 0 0%
Protein: 213 850 49%

Thanks hun! I was pretty happy with body fat going down too especially since I've been eating more too, which I also think has helped give me more energy during my workouts too, and then the extra push and spottin from T is a big help too :) Just bout benched my weight in incline DB press yesterday!
