Well... I saw more birdies and stars then I did feel like yackin remember :lmao: So technically I need a dizzy smiley hmmm....

GYM!!! Cardio day... 45 min on treadmill (incline 5.0/speed 4.0)

m5: 6 oz chicken, lettuce, 5 strawberries
m6: 4 egg whites, 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB

m5: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine

GYM!!! Back and abs... all weights went up so I'd say it was a pretty good workout :)

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m7: 5 oz chicken, lettuce, mushroom, onion
m8: 1 scoop protein, 4 egg whites, 2 tbl ANPB
