This is good stuff...great source of complex carbs! Just make sure the ingredients say 100% pumpkin. Libbys is a good brand - 45 cals, 9g carbs, 2g protein for 1/2 cup (how sad that I have all these macros memorized now!! :rolleyes: )

m3: 6 oz chicken, 2 cups stir fry veggies (broccoli, red pepper, mushroom, sugar snap peas, baby corns)
m4: 1 oz walnuts, small apple, 6 oz low carb yogurt
m5: 3-4 oz salmon, 1 cup sping mix, 1 HB egg white, sundried tomatoes
m6: 1 cup egg whites, 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB

Total: 1664
Fat: 62 554 33%
Sat: 8 75 4%
Poly: 21 193 12%
Mono: 18 160 10%
Carbs: 102 315 19%
Fiber: 23 0 0%
Protein: 202 806 48%

NO way girl... flip on through there... I usually post my macros and there about at 1800 calories give or take with about a 50/20/30 split the majority of the time :)

I wish I liked more veggies. :( . It would make things soooo much easier.

Me too!!! They have a good bar down there on the walk I can't recall the name but it's an Irish pub... WARNING do not listen to the guy with the microphone especially once you have drinks in you!!!! He will pull tables together and have you show off tattoos, and piercings, and what not... and make you do wierd dances with your own co-workers if they come :lmao:
