m2: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
m3: 1 oz almonds
m4: 1 scoop protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop NO2

GYM!!! Back and partial abs (these were still TOAST from monday)

m5: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop Powerade
m6: 6 oz chicken, lettuce, mushroom
m7: egg whites, 2 tbl ANPB

Total: 1669
Fat: 42 376 23%
Sat: 5 49 3%
Poly: 7 65 4%
Mono: 15 133 8%
Carbs: 155 511 31%
Fiber: 27 0 0%
Protein: 191 762 46%

So, how was the back workout? I assume you're not on a stretcher?
 
Thanks JP! I have been keepin up with a good clean diet but my calories need to keep on increasin... went to 1650 this week but thats still gotta go up so will increase again to 1800 for next week and keep an eye on progress :) Hi ya there Hidn back workout was a good one, thanks for askin
