m1: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop NO2
GYM!!! CHest and arms... back to a morning workout for a little change a pace and kinda missed those. Had a pretty good one too... and as T mentioned above, yup my old PR of 40 lbs on incline DB press got slaughtered today!!!!
m2: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m3: Apple walnut Chicken salad (4 oz chicken, 2 cups spring mix, diced apple, walnuts, sundried tomatoes, 1 tsp red wine vinagarette)
m4: 1 oz cashews
m5: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1/2 protein bar
m6: this will be.... 6 oz "apricot glazed" chicken, lettuce, mushrooms, onion
m7: also TBD... but prob 2 tbl ANPB and 3/4 cup egg whites
