m2: 1 oz almonds
m3: 4 oz chicken, lettuce, onion, mushroom, tomato
m4: Omellette (turkey, egg beaters, mushrooms), broccoli, 1 pc wheat toast
m5: 2 scoops protein, 1/4 cup blueberries
GYM!!! Late night shoulder workout...
m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, cherries
m7: 2 tbl PB, 1 scoop protein

***Slept in for a change, it felt GREAT
Also took measurements, did body fat, and took pictures (and nope they aren't gettin posted
so no need to ask LOL)***
m1: 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 scoop protein, 3 egg whites, berries
m2: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1/2 protein bar
m3: Ruby Tuesdays- Salad Bar (lettuce, broccoli, soy beans, chick peas, green beans, onions, mushrooms, tomotoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, hard boiled eggs)
m4: 1 1/2 scoop protein, 1 tbl PB
