m1: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup shredded wheat
m2: apple, 11 almonds
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup whole wheat pasta
m4: 5 oz chicken, lettuce, mushroom, 11 almonds
m5: 1 scoop protein

GYM!!! Back... finally a decent workout and all weights increased ;)

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m7: 1 cup egg whites, 2 tbl PB

Your description of tonights workout wasn't as detailed as trelin's!!!

Yeah yeah yeah, I know. I've gotten lazy I guess but had a really good workout all my weights increased and focused alot on eccentric too... is that better :) Howdy JP :wavey:

***Wow I swear I'm sore from head to toe... :lmao: Took me bout 5-10 min just to stand up straight this morning! ***

m1: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup shredded wheat
m2: 1 oz almonds
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 1/2 cup mixed veggies (broc, cauliflower, carrots, green beans)
m4: 6 oz low carb yogurt, 1 scoop protein

Gym!!! Cardio... wasn't quite as bad as I was thinking and pretty much went by quick and accidently did 25 min of HIIT instead of 20 min (forgot to do my 5 min warm up :rolleyes: )

m5: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m6: 6 oz chicken, lettuce
m7: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl PB
 
Are you no longer tracking your training? I am sure your diet is fine, more interested in your training... just curious...
