m2: apple, 11 almonds
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup whole wheat pasta
m4: 5 oz chicken, lettuce, mushroom, 11 almonds
m5: 1 scoop protein
GYM!!! Back... finally a decent workout and all weights increased
m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
