Had a really good leg workout I suppose, since already felt some soreness in the quads walking up the stairs right now... cAn hardly wait for the morning already
and my knee is being all screwy too I'm over joyed by that

m1: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup shredded wheat
m2: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup whole wheat pasta
m3: 11 almonds
m4: 5 oz chicken, lettuce, 11 almonds
m5: 1 scoop protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop NO2
GYM!!! QUads and calves...
m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m7: 2 tbl PB, 1 scoop protein
