;) Speaking of which remind me to get our cycle typed up starting next week, and look up the ab stuff. Ohh and to buy a new journal since the water bottle spilled all over it.

Ok I suppose I'll remind ya :) Hmmm already missed almonds so a bit behind today not lookin so good for the apple but THANKS i'm gonna try... Hey there ck! That is the plan tonight to kill it :D

***Thank God tomorrow is Friday :elephant: Had a really good leg workout I suppose, since already felt some soreness in the quads walking up the stairs right now... cAn hardly wait for the morning already :lmao: and my knee is being all screwy too I'm over joyed by that :rolleyes: YES there is LOTS of sarcasm with that one! ***

m1: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup shredded wheat
m2: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup whole wheat pasta
m3: 11 almonds
m4: 5 oz chicken, lettuce, 11 almonds
m5: 1 scoop protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop NO2

GYM!!! QUads and calves...

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m7: 2 tbl PB, 1 scoop protein
