***ZERO appetite today :rolleyes: Felt like hurlin just bout everytime I ate!??!***

m1: 3 oz chicken, 1/2 cup oats
m2: apple
m3: 4 oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup green beans
m4: 4 oz chicken, lettuce, 1 oz almonds
m5: 1 scoop protein, 1 scoop NO2

GYM!!! Legs.... yippppppeeeeeee!!!

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop POWERADE
m7: 2 tbl PB, 1 scoop protein

Total: 1586
Fat: 44 392 25%
Sat: 6 52 3%
Poly: 8 74 5%
Mono: 17 150 10%
Carbs: 128 425 27%
Fiber: 22 0 0%
Protein: 188 751 48%

Nice.. remembered this time
How r those legs?!?! Mine are getting heavy and tired.. Beginning to feel it every time I stand up now. I think our stretching routine though is working out pretty well;) Ready to not lift your arms after today?

AHHHHHH... this is my life almost everyday!! And there are times I wonder why I work with a bunch of overweight women, ehehheheheh....

When the going gets tough, and these ladies get stressed out, they eat (and eat and eat). I'm always outcasted because I don't eat along with them.


SBT - I hope your tummy feels better! Will you post up your leg workout later?

But of course I remembered and all capitals just so you'd notice :D Yeah my legs are a lil heavy, and knees a bit sore... But def agree the stretchin helps :heart: Oh yeah... I'm all ready for arms :elephant:

***NOT happy with todays workout as missing a meal and snack GREATLY affected it! :rolleyes: ***

m1: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup shredded wheat
m2: 4 oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice, 1 cup veggies (broc, cauliflower, green beans)
m3: 4 oz chicken, lettuce, 1 oz almonds, 1/2 cup berries

GYM!!! Chest and arms....

m4: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m5: 3/4 cup egg whites
m6: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB
 
:wavey. Just checkin in, seein how yer doin? Are you OK? Barely walk, can't lift arms. You must be getting sick. :lmao:
There's people at work that laugh at me when the see me stretching after back day, or barely walking after leg day. But I am stronger than them, healthier, better looking (except for the wimmins) & I hardly get sick any more.
