Yeah good idea... its definately different, but I'd say good for a change of pace too... well except for all this darn soreness it caused Oh yea, and I don't recommend going after chest/arms day either

Wifey & I are starting back to our body flow classes this week. Yoga, Pilates, & Tai Chi. A little sore the next day or 2, but after a coupla classes, def worth it.

Well soreness was still slightly lingering around, but still had a pretty good back workout regardless... Cold finally decided to go away too I think with the exception of some sniffles and congestion
m1: 1 scoop protein, 3/4 cup oats
m2: 1 oz almonds
m3: 4 oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
m4: 4 oz chicken, lettuce, onion, mushroom
m5: 1 scoop protein, 1/2 scoop NO2
