Well soreness was still slightly lingering around, but still had a pretty good back workout regardless... Cold finally decided to go away too I think with the exception of some sniffles and congestion
m1: 1 scoop protein, 3/4 cup oats
m2: 1 oz almonds
m3: 4 oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
m4: 4 oz chicken, lettuce, onion, mushroom
m5: 1 scoop protein, 1/2 scoop NO2
GYM!!!!!! Back day!
m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine
m7: DESSERT!!!
