m1: 1/2 scoop protein, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup egg whites (PANCAKE :p) mixed berries on top
m2: 3/4 cup whole wheat pasta, 4 oz chicken
m3: 1 oz almonds
m4: 2 scoops protein, NO2, 1 tsp glutamine

GYM TIME!!!!!!!!!! Shoulders and abs....

m6: 4 oz ground turkey, with mushrooms and onions, tomato sauce
m7: 2 tbl ANPB :chomp:

Tried out Yoga for the first time... definately different but not too bad :)

m2: 5 oz chicken, lettuce, onions, tomatoe
m3: 1 1/2 scoop protein, 1/2 zone bar
m4: 3 oz chicken, lettuce, onion
m5: 4 oz chicken, 3/4 cup egg whites, mushroom, onion
m6: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl ANPB

I like Yoga. With the lights out, I actually look graceful. Like Fantasia, LOL.

***WOW sore alllllll over, gotta love yoga :lmao: Def worth the experience, however this back soreness better go bye bye before tomorrow thats for sure ;) Definately wouldn't mind this little cold going away either :rolleyes:***
