Wow... slacker :lmao: Just realized I hadn't done this yet today....

9:30 a.m.
-4 egg whites
-1 whole egg
-1/2 cup mashed sweet tato
-cinnamon and splenda
(ummm, pancakes kinda :p )

1:30 p.m.
-5 oz chicken
-1 cup baby spinach
-1 cup broccoli
-8 almonds

4:25 p.m.
-1 scoop protein
-1 tbl PB
-1 tsp glutamine

5:00 p.m.
Gym time ;)
5 min warm up on arc trainer
Chest: Incline DB Press (12 x 30 lbs) x 1 (9 x 35 lbs) x 2 (5 x 40 lbs) x 2 <--PR Got em' :D
Chest: Decline DB Flies (10 x 15 lbs) x 1 (8 x 20 lbs) x 2 (7 x 25 lbs) x 2
Chest: Flat bench press (12 x 60 lbs) x 1 (10 x 75 lbs) x 2 (8 x 85 lbs) x 1 (12 x 65 lbs) x 1
ABS: Medicine ball twists (3 x 15)
Reverse Crunches (3 x 15)
Scissor Kicks (3 x 60 sec)
Side Planks (3 x 60 sec)
10 min treadmill (incline 15/speed 4)

7:00 p.m.
-1 1/2 scoops protein
-1/4 cup blueberries
-1 tsp glutamine

8:30 p.m.
-1 1/2 cups green beans
-3/4 cup cooked brown rice
-5 oz chicken

12:15 a.m.
Hmmm...gettin hungry :chomp:
-4 HB egg whites
-1 tbl Cinnamon raisin PB

Darlin... its usually only 1-3 tbl a day :lmao: Thats not all that much, especially considering its a great way to get in some healthy fats :p
