-1 oz almonds/walnuts

12:50 p.m.
5 min warm up on the elliptical
Back: Standing straight arm press down (12 x 30 lbs) x 2 (10 x 35 lbs) x 2 (8 x 40 lbs) x 1
Back: One arm standing cable rows (12 x 35 lbs) x 2 (10 x 40 lbs) x 2 (8 x 45 lbs) x 1
Back: Wide grip pull down (10 x 75 lbs) x 2 (9 x 85 lbs) x 2 (8 x 90 lbs) x 1
Shoulders: DB Shrugs (12 x 45 lbs) x 1 (10 x 55 lbs) x 1 (10 x 60 lbs) x 2 (9 x 65 lbs) x 1
Shoulders: Rear delt flies (12 x 55 lbs) x 2 (10 x 60 lbs) x 2

2:15 p.m.
-1 1/2 scoops protein
-1/4 cup blueberries

4:00 p.m.
-1 low carb whole wheat wrap
-4 oz jerk chicken
-1 cup broccoli

9:00 p.m.
-1 cup green beans
-5 oz chicken

Oh...you may not want to eat that!!!
I am warning you...LOL....I have not tried it BUT they go on and on about the super duper peanut butter that tastes like frosting...I think it's addictive, and I would probably not have any control over myself with that!!! LOL...so God knows that and has me in another country, BECAUSE He know's I'd eat it all!!!
