-3 egg whites
-1 scoop protein
(pancakes again :p )

11:20 a.m.
-23 almonds

2:10 p.m.
-5 oz salmon
-1 cup spring mix
-1 cup broccoli
-1 tbl Annies natural rasberry vinagarette

4:45 p.m.
Pre-WO SHake
-6 oz water, ice
-1 scoop protein
-1 tsp glutamine

5:00 p.m.
5 min warm up on cross trainer
Glutes: Butt blaster- both legs (12 x 40 lbs) x 4 (10 x 50 lbs) x 1
Glutes/Hams: Walking DB lunges (12 x 20 lbs) x 4
Calves: Standing calf raises (20 x 100 lbs) x 3 (20 x 130 lbs) x 1
Abs: Roman chair straight lifts (10) x 3 ***Started feeling ill :sick: ***
Abs: Roman chair bent knees to side (10) x 3
Abs: Oblique crunches (10) x 3
Abs: Scissor kicks (60 sec) x 3
Step Mill for 20 min- fat burner program random levels

6:30 p.m.
PWO shake:
-6 oz water, ice
-1 scoop protein
-1 tbl SF/FF pudding mix

8:15 p.m.
-1 cup baby spinach
-1 cup broccoli
-5 oz chicken
-6 almonds

11:15 p.m. (if I get hungry :rolleyes: )
-3/4 cup southwest egg beaters
-1 whole egg
