1:15 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 small apple

4:00 p.m.
10 min on treadmill (incline 10, speed 4)
Biceps: EZ bar curl (10 x 40 lbs) x4
Triceps: V-bar Push downs (10 x 60 lbs) (10 X 70 lbs) (10 x 80 lbs) x2
Biceps: DB Hammer curls (10 x 20 lbs) x 4
Triceps: Skull crushers (10 x 15 lb DB's) x4
Biceps: Reverse curl w/EZ bar (10 x 25 lbs) x4
Triceps: Dip w/assist (10 x 50 lbs) (10 x 40 lbs) (10 x 30 lbs) (10 x 20 lbs)

Hmmmmm, I was looking at your workout yesterday - those pushdowns......I'm thinkin' our machines must be WAY different. Does yours have plates with the lbs on it, or just plates with a 1, 2, 3...etc on them?

No they showed weight amounts... but it was on a machine... trust me when I do them on the cable cross machine (like at my gym) they are usually at 40-50 lbs ;) And I didn't turn into superwoman over night :lmao: So the machine must've had less resistance or something :whatever:
