Quads: Leg extensions uni/both (10 x 45 lbs) x2 (10 x 60 lbs) x2
Hams: Lying leg curls (10 x 50 lbs) (10 x 60 lbs) x2 (9 x 70 lbs)
Quads: Leg Press (10 x 180) x4
Calves : (25 x 180 lbs) x4
Calves: Donkey raises (50 x 150 lbs) x3
Shoulders: Upright rows (10 x 60 lbs) x4
Shoulders: Rear Delt flies (10 x 60 lbs) x4
Shoulders: DB Shrugs (10 x 45 lbs) x3

7:00 p.m.
-1/2 scoop isopure
-1/2 scoop protein
-2 apple slices

9:30 p.m.
-1 cup baby spinach
-chopped mushroom, onion, bell pepper
-6 oz chicken :redhot: but yummy

-1/2 container (3 oz) peach yogurt
-17 almonds
-1 tsp cinnamon

2:00 p.m.
-2 cups spring mix salad
-5 oz chicken
-1/3 cup broccoli florettes
-1/4 cup blueberries

5:00 p.m.
10 min on treadmill (incline 10, speed 4)
Chest: Flat bench DB twist press (10 x 25 lbs) x4
Chest: Decline DB flies (10 x 20 lbs) x3
CHest: Incline DB press (10 x 25 lbs) x4
Chest: Pec flies (10 x 45 lbs) x3
Shoulders: SIde Lat raises (10 x 45 lbs) x3 (10 x 60 lbs)
Abs: Scissor kicks (3 x 100)
Abs: Planks on stability ball (3 x 60 sec hold)

6:00 p.m.
-1/2 scoop isopure
-3/4 scoop protein

7:15 p.m.

-6 oz chicken w/onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and lots spices ;)
-1 low carb wrap
-approx 3 oz sweet potato

-chopped onion, bell pepper, mushroom
