-15 min cross country program on elliptical
-25 min step mill (intervals 8-45 sec, 14-30 sec, 20-30 sec)

7:45 a.m.
-4 egg whites
-1 scoop protein
-2 tbl ground flax seed meal
-1 tsp apple pie spice

11:00 a.m.
-1 scoop protein
-1/4 cup blueberries
-ice and water

1:30 p.m.
Lunch with customer at Ruby Tuesdays
-Salad bar: Spring mix, broccoli, edamame, diced HB egg, cucumbers
-Grilled chicken breast
-1 cup steamed broccoli

3:45 p.m.
-1/2 an apple
-1 scoop protein

4:00 p.m.
Legs and SHoulders
Quads: SIngle leg extensions (10 x 30 lbs) x2 (10 x 45 lbs) x1
Hams: Lying leg curls (10 x 50 lbs) (10 x 60 lbs) (10 x 70 lbs)
Quads: Single leg press (10 x 55 lbs) (10 x 70 lbs) (10 x 75 lbs)
Shoulders: Front DB raises (10 x 12 lbs) x3
Shoulders: Twist DB Press (10 x 20 lbs) x3
Shoulders: Rear delt rows (10 x 50 lbs) (10 x 60 lbs) (10 x 70 lbs)

5:30 p.m.
-1 1/2 scoops protein
-cinnamon
-2 tsp glutamine

8:30 p.m.
-4 oz grilled salmon
-2 cups baby spinach
-1 oz almonds

10:50 p.m.
-3 egg whites
-1 whole egg

Hmmm... ya know I'm still trying to figure that out myself I think ;) I guess it would have to be maintenance for now??? I'm about 5'5" or so....

I am too! like alot older and less muscle developed than you! Will increase! WILL :)
