-Jog to gym.... (mile or so)
-25 min drop sets on step mill (8-45 sec, 15-20 sec, 20-20 sec)
-ABS:
hanging leg raises (3 x 25)
lying scissor kicks (3 x 50)
side oblique crunches (3 x 25) both sides
lying leg extensions (3 x 50)
-Jog back home...(mile or so)

8:30 a.m.
-4 egg whites
-1 cup shredded wheat

10:15 a.m.
-1 scoop protein

1:30 p.m.
-1 cup steamed veg (broccoli, water chestnut, baby corns, pea pods)
-5 oz shrimp/scallops

5:00 p.m.
-1/2 small banana
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 1/2 scoops protein

8:00 p.m.
-1 cup steamed broccoli
-5 oz shrimp

*** Prob out tonight so not sure what else :whatever: ***

1:00 a.m.
-1 1/2 oz almonds (33 exactly :lmao: )

Total: 1377
Fat: 32 291 22%
