***Little sore from Sundays and Mondays workout today but I guess thats a good thing ;) ***

6:00-7:00 a.m.
Spin class

8:10 a.m.
-1/2 cup oats
-5 egg whites
-1/4 cup blueberries

11:00 a.m.
-1 scoop chocolate protein
-6 oz :coffee:
-ice

1:35 p.m.
-4 oz grilled halibut :p
-1 1/2 mixed veggies (broccoli, green beans, peppers, onions, water chestnuts)
-1/2 small sweet tato ~2 oz

4:10 p.m.
-6 oz gatorade
-1 scoop protein
-1 tsp glutamine

4:30 p.m.
Back and Chest (which is still sore from sunday :evil: )
Chest: Flat DB Flies (10 x 20 lbs) x4
Chest: Incline DB PRess (10 x 25 lbs) x1 (10 x 30 lbs) x3
Chest: Chest dips (10 x 70) (10 x 75) (10 x 80 lbs) x2
Back: Seated low rows (10 x 70 lbs) (10 x 80) x2 (10 x 90 lbs)
Back: Assisted pull up (10 x 60 lbs) x2 (10 x 50 lbs) x2 (1 unassisted)
Back: Hypers w/25 lb plate (3 x 10)

5:25 p.m.
-8 oz gatorade
-1 scoop protein
-1 tsp glutamine

7:30 p.m.
-2 cups spring mix salad
-5 broiled shrimp
-5 boiled scallops
-1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

11:00 p.m.
-4 egg whites
-1 oz almonds

Total: 1348
