DAY 11
Same dosing.
Decided to only do dead lifts today in hopes of hitting 495#. Unfortunately, I couldn't even lock out 475#. Got the bar to about my knees and had to bail.
So needless to say, I'm pretty pissed/disappointed. After I missed my goal today I decided to hit leg extension and hamstring curls HARD. 4 sets of 8-12reps each, all the weight on the machine. Did some calves as well.
So no strength gains really, even though I carbed up today in hopes of crushing a new PR. Going to use chains and pause-reps for another 4 weeks to mix it up with my dead lifts. I need to pull 500. I had a goal to hit it by this week and I didn't get it. So fucking close....
S4 is definitely working because my vision has gone to shit. I can still see and all but everything is pretty yellow. My eyes also don't adjust to complete darkness anymore. But I can deal with these right now, still not cutting to 5/2 yet. Still actually considering upping the dose haha
Can't comment on the Ostarine yet though, no major strength gains, no nagging pain relief, no migraines... But I am cutting, so seeing strength gains would be pretty incredible.
Shoulders are looking sharper, as well as my upper back and triceps. I still can't contribute any of this to the SARM's though. I've been working my ass off.
Weighed in at 180-even this morning after a cup of coffee and a dump.
