So i was watching the Roy Jones Jr fight last night and they were talking about how he lost 25 pounds for that fight. It was all muscle too thats crazy, i can't beleive he could last that long. Anyway his trainer claimed all that he changed in his diet was that he did not eat after 6pm. Do you think this will make that big off a dif? I eat very clean right now but am at a plateau. I'm looking for anything to get rid of this last 10. thanks

I'm gonna give it another 2 months then i guess i'll just hit the winny and ventipulin if i have not lost it yet. thanks

I highly doubt that just not eating after 6 did the trick, for the reality is much different. There are A LOT of other factors involved there.

If you don't eat between 6 pm and the next morning you will enter a catabolic state (no protein from food = proteins from ypour muscle will be used)

Lowering only your carbs intake after 6pm would be wiser

I read the Warrior diet book and tried it.. Controlled fasting with periods of eating to full saity. I did loose some weight. I swear it was all muscle though. Sucks trying to work out when your fasting all the time.

The warrior diet is set up so badly that 1/2 your "weight" loss is muscle mass.
