2 brown rice cakes
2pm:
4 oz marinated chicken breast

4:30pm:
4 oz marinated chicken breast with hot peppers
15 almonds
7:30pm onward:
CHEAT MEAL!!
(home cooked dinner at friend's house followed by a holiday pajama party with green apple martinis and red cherry jello shots...HELP!! )
