Pretty happy with my strength on incline today. Will be dropping the weight down to 275 next week for sets of 8 and then go up 5 lbs each week inline with my flat bench. This way I should end the cycle with sets of 5 at a weight of 355 on incline. That gives me a theoretical max of 426 according to the 1 rep max calculator on incline which would be wicked. I think its very doable. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get Strong AF!!!
